I proudly represented the Northern Institute of Professional Studies and Research as part of the COIL programme — Collaborative Online International Learning — in collaboration with the Russian Foreign Trade Academy in Russia. I worked with international teammates, honed my intercultural and digital skills, and learned through meaningful collaborations focused on entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
As a COIL Mentor at NIPSAR, I'm part of the team that brings Collaborative Online International Learning to life for every cohort — guiding students from onboarding through cross-cultural collaboration to their final, jointly-awarded certification.
