Prof. Charul Sharma

Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management

A Founding Member and the Managing Director of NIPSAR, Prof. Sharma brings 7+ years of distinguished experience across academia and the corporate sector, and is recognised as a leader in internationalisation, institutional development, and higher-education management. An alumna of IMT Ghaziabad, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Sharda University.

She has been central to strengthening institutional excellence — establishing NIPSAR's Alumni Cell and Alumni Association from inception, leading NBA Criterion 9, and contributing to NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking, and IQAC initiatives. Her expertise spans institutional branding, website development, and digital-communication strategy.

A prominent name in international academic engagement, she has forged 22+ strategic university collaborations worldwide, led International Immersion Programmes across nine countries, and pioneered India’s first COIL initiative — representing Indian institutions at global forums and delivering invited lectures at renowned universities abroad.

Mr. Ompal Singh

Programming Consultant — Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India

Associate Professor · Computer Science & Data Analytics

An academician and technology professional with 18+ years across computer science, programming, data analytics, and higher education. Mr. Singh serves as a Programming Consultant with an organisation under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, while contributing as an Associate Professor at leading management and engineering institutions.

His teaching and industry journey spans Sharda University, BITS Pilani (WILP), Wipro Technologies, GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, Lloyd Business School, JIMS Rohini, and the Fortune Institute of International Business.

He has led numerous faculty development programmes and technical workshops, and published research across Big Data, NoSQL databases, 5G, and e-governance — an active member of IEEE, IACSIT (Singapore), IAENG (Hong Kong), and the Computer Science Teachers Association (USA).

Ms. Nihanshi Goyal

Assistant Professor — Finance

Finance, FinTech & Financial Inclusion

Ms. Nihanshi Goyal is a passionate academician and finance researcher with 5+ years of combined academic and corporate experience across finance, research, and management. She currently serves as a faculty member at the Northern Institute of Professional Studies and Research (NIPSAR).

A qualified UGC-NET holder, she is pursuing her Ph.D. at JIMS Rohini, Delhi, contributing research in Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, FinTech, and Personal Financial Planning. She holds a PGDM in Finance from IILM University, Greater Noida, a B.Com (Hons.) from The IIS University, Jaipur, and a Certification in Financial Markets from IIM Bangalore (IIMBx).

Alongside academia, she has corporate exposure as a Key Account Manager at Pranacharya Green Shield and as an intern at Paytm Payments Bank, gaining practical insight into financial operations, client relationship management, and digital banking. Her research focuses on digital financial inclusion, fintech adoption, and financial behaviour in India.

Dr. Meghna Singh is an accomplished academician and researcher with 9+ years of experience in higher education, specialising in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Performance Management, and Talent Development. She heads NBA Criterion 2 and serves as Academic Leader of Management in the School of Business at her institution.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management (HR) from Gautam Buddha University and has contributed to academia through research publications, patents, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes. Her research focuses on AI-driven HR analytics, job performance, personality traits, and organizational behaviour, with work in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals.

Recognised as a keynote speaker, resource person, and external Ph.D. viva expert, she has coordinated research initiatives, management development programmes, student mentoring, and large-scale academic events — demonstrating excellence in academic administration and leadership.
